I’ve spent over 15 years building and shipping products for consumers and businesses at WorkOS, Apple, Facebook, and others. Over that time, I’ve grown design teams, improved design operations, shaped design systems used by millions, and contributed tools and resources to the broader design community.
My approach emphasizes early product fit, grounded in a system-first mindset and fast iteration cycles to help teams move through ambiguity. I thrive in environments that value showing work early, building collaboratively, and embracing feedback throughout the process.
My design principles center on predictability, clarity, and utility. I work across the spectrum—applying care and craftsmanship to every product experience while also tackling complex systems and information architecture to make products accessible for everyone.
2025 – Present
Leading the product design team and shaping product strategy, collaboration, and operations alongside the leadership team. Contributing to new products, overseeing weekly design operations, and fostering a culture of exploration, growth, and collaboration — with an emphasis on leveraging AI in our tools and day-to-day work.
2024 – 2025
Led brand-new products and evolved existing products—including the dashboard, Admin Portal, and AuthKit—to enable the platform to scale with consistent patterns across offerings. Contributed to both Radix and the internal design system, WorkDS.
2020 – 2024
Design lead for cross-service, multi-platform projects. Shipped products in major OS releases and featured on stage at WWDC. Established shared design systems and patterns across apps including Music, TV, Podcasts, App Store, Books, and News. Created internal tools and documentation to improve designer efficiency and product consistency.
2017 – 2020
Design lead for Origami Studio, focused on introducing new workflows to enable designers to build more realistic prototypes and get earlier product feedback. Managed internal and external releases for the macOS and iOS apps. Led education programs to train newly hired designers and encourage product adoption. Helped develop plugins for Figma and Sketch, and contributed resources to design.facebook.com.
2015 – 2017
Led initiatives to help people discover events across Facebook’s web and mobile apps. Collaborated with product, engineering, research, content strategy, and cross-functional teams. Contributed patterns to Facebook’s design system across web and mobile.
2014
Worked with the Search team to transition away from Graph Search and enable people to use search for post discovery, not just navigation.
2013
Collaborated with a team of experience designers on the future of advertising. Specifically researched data collection and how customers could monetize their interests.
2011 – 2012
Worked with the web team to redesign easports.com with a new information architecture and a shared design system across each game franchise site. Applied a similar design language to the GameFace web experience and launched a new iOS companion app.
Contributed to other projects across multiple game franchises, such as Tiger Woods PGA Tour, and growth initiatives like EA Sports Arena.
